The problem however is that so many products are labelled as containing natural ingredients or a natural alternative, but often they simply have had some natural ingredients added. Sometimes the item might be full of “unnatural” ingredients that are actually counteracting the benefits of the “good” ingredients.
Then there’s the problem of what to choose. You are inundated with products telling you that they are the “best”and “proven” to fix this and fix that. It can all be quite overwhelming. Especially when we simply want to be doing the best for our family and ourselves.
