Stock Levels:
While we try to keep stocks of all items on our website, we will sometimes become out of stock. In this case we will email you to advise of delayed delivery of your order. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
Refund & Returns Policy:
Please note that we do not accept returns unless an incorrect item has been sent or the item is faulty. Please check your parcel when it arrives and if you notice any errors then you must contact us immediately. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery. You must fill in details on the returns page to receive a returns number before returning goods.
All products must be returned in their original condition, and all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you take out insurance on your return as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
